Gina will be here to teach us how to create our own bleached shirt. Choose from several designs. You will need to provide 100% cotton shirts to bleach. This is a 6 weeks Yoga Basics Mondays at 7:15pm. We will begin with basic yoga etiquette and poses and each week we will build on the previous, learning new poses and breathing techniques. This is great for new students as well as those wanting to get a great refresher on your basics. This will be fun and informational. $90

Learn what is a real goals, how to set up goals and the steps needed to follow through with your goals one whole year! This workshop will include: how to select and write obtainable goals, create a Goals Board, handouts and guidelines for success to keep your goals all year. In this workshop, we will release tension with therapy balls followed by a mindful Yin practice to relax deeply into the present moment through the body and breath. Along with longer help yin poses, therapy ball and other props encourage the relaxation, release and hydration of connective tissue. We will end with a relaxing guided meditation.
