This is a 6 weeks Yoga Basics class Monday nights at 7:15pm. We will begin with basic yoga etiquette and poses and each week we will build on the previous, learning new poses and breathing techniques. This is great for new students as well as those wanting to get a great refresher on your basics. This will be fun and informational. $90 Limited space available
