YOGA CLASSES


We grow your wellness by offering a wide variety of yoga class types. We also have classes that are special events. Our regular scheduled classes are often modeled around what your body requires ‘today’. Our Yoga Farm instructors invite yogis to share their needs on any given day and will develop a flow around this input. We always aim to support those who attend our classes. It’s how we help you grow —- and it’s how we remain flexible!

Back Care - Come and be mindful of our spines. Learn poses and ways to help relax the back and restore muscle to that area. Focus will be on the core and posture. All levels

Back Strengthening - We focus on the core and the muscles used to support the spine. We will focus on how to use our larger muscles to help the back to relax in order to help strengthen it. All levels.

Basic Yoga   -  This is a fun and great class for any skill level!  We will do the traditional asanas or ‘poses’ but in an easy practice.  All levels!

Gentle Yoga - A class of poses and breath that is gentle on the body.  We will begin with breath work, move to flowing of the body and finish with holding of the body.  All levels.

Chair Yoga   -  Everyone can do yoga, no matter your physical abilities.  This class uses a chair for support and balance during our yoga practice.  Join us and learn how to breath, relax and use yoga to get you moving a bit easier again.  All levels

Pop-Up Yoga - This is also “Everybody Yoga”. It can be anything from a gentle flow class, to a yin or even an combination of class. Come for the surprise and stay for the fun. All levels

Every Body Yoga - Yoga for any and all. No matter your age, size, or ability, we will move through a practice for all. This is a fun clsass so be ready to laugh and move. All levels

Slow Power - We will strengthen the muscles and lengthen them. This is a slow moving but power class. Join us for this engaging practice for the entire body. Not for beginners.
