The Standard Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of healing. It combines oils or lotion with an array of techniques such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help your body relax and improve general circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging. Generally this standard massage offers relief from aches and pains and it helps decrease stress levels in the body. It is known to enhanced mental clarity, improve appearance, and help enhance your flexibility. 90 and 120 minute sessions also available. Please feel free to call us and ask questions.

Thai Yoga Massage (90 min session) $125

This session rugs between 1.5-2 hours and it offers a deeper level of massage and relaxation through a variety of gentle movements of your limbs. Perhaps different than what you are familiar with, Thai Yoga Massage incorporates yoga poses with compression massage along the body’s energy lines and gives a uniquely healthy and delightful experience. There is no real actions on your part… You will lay on a mat fully clothed—- the only thing you have to do is breathe well (and you will be guided into a calming breath)! t is a massage that combines all the benefits of a yoga class and a massage with little-to-no effort on your part. Thai Yoga Massage Benefits included: Increased Range of Motion, Improved Cardiovascular Health, Improved Lymphatic Drainage, Stress Reduction, and it greatly Improves Quality of Sleep.

All Zones include 18 sessions with an average of 2-3 sessions per week. This technique is non-invasive and impacts body contouring by reducing cellulite. It also improves skin tone, releases toxins, decreases inflammation and wrinkles. Each zone retails at $1800 each, however we provide a discount to everyone.
