Reiki Session (first hour)  $75

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.  Reiki works on 4 levels (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) to balance the whole body.

Sound Bath (hour session) $75

Allow the many uses of sound to help to relax your mind, stimulate your higher self, release what is unneeded and allow your self to feel renewed and refreshed. There may be the use of breath work, singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and meditation music and more to help allow your body to relax, restore and renew itself. Learn more about Sound Healing!
