A Wellness Place

Come as you are.

Explore. Connect. Grow. Belong.

Yoga, wellness, and community at Yoga Farm Wellness Place in Elizabethton, TN.

Discover the vibrant, connected life you're meant to live.

The biggest thing standing between you and the life you want is disconnection — from yourself, from meaningful community, and from the things that make you feel alive.

•        Do you feel disconnected from yourself and the people around you?

•        Are you tired of giving your energy to everything and everyone else, with nothing left for you?

•        Does life feel like work, home, errands, repeat — with nothing to look forward to?

•        Does yoga, Reiki, or sound healing sound interesting, but leave you wondering if you'd even know what you're doing?

•        Do you keep telling yourself you'll make more time for you — but never quite do?‍ ‍

I knew those feelings well.

At 38, I'd resigned myself to living with pain — seeing a chiropractor three times a week and still not finding relief. Then I tried a 30-day yoga challenge, and it changed everything.

What began as a search for physical relief became something much bigger. I wanted more than a stronger body — I wanted emotional, mental, and energetic well-being too. And I wanted community: a place where I could show up exactly as I was, without needing all the answers first.

Finding that path taught me to reconnect with myself, to keep growing, and to believe I am enough, just as I am. That experience is the heart of everything we've built at Yoga Farm.

A Simple Path Back to Yourself

At Yoga Farm, you don't have to overhaul your life to feel different. Start with one small, manageable step. Listen to what your body, mind, and energy are telling you. Adjust without judgment, letting go of expectations for what you think you should be able to do. Then grow — adding another positive change once the first one feels natural.

Along the way, you'll feel lighter, more energized, and more at ease in your own skin — and you'll learn that you're worth the care it takes to feel that way. You won't be doing it alone. This community welcomes you exactly as you are and cheers you on as you keep growing.

You Don't Have to Have It All Figured Out

Starting your wellness journey doesn't mean spending a lot of money, finding hours of extra time, or believing in everything before you begin. You don't have to change your whole life — you simply have to be willing to take one small step.

Worried about the cost? Start with what you can. A single class, workshop, or community event can be the first seed — wellness doesn't have to be all-or-nothing.

Worried about the time? You don't need more time; you need a small amount of intentional time. Start with one thing and let it grow naturally.

Not sure you believe in yoga, Reiki, or energy work? You don't have to believe — just be curious. Come, ask questions, and decide for yourself what feels meaningful.

Come as you are, start with what you have, and take one small step toward yourself.

Why I Do This

I created Yoga Farm because I know what it feels like to need something more and not know where to begin. When I started my own journey, I was looking for relief — but what I found was so much more: a deeper connection with myself, a new way of caring for myself, and a community where I could keep growing.

My hope is that everyone who walks through our doors finds something that makes their life a little better — a yoga practice that feels like home, a new way of caring for yourself, or simply a place where you finally feel like you belong. You don't have to change everything or have it all figured out. You just have to give yourself permission to begin.
