Join us for 2 hours of great yoga. We will have an hour of a nice gentle restorative yoga class, followed by a restorative Yoga Nidra meditation after. Yoga Nidra is called Yoga Sleep and allows the body to relax while the mind stays alert using guided meditation. This is a great way to reset with all that is going on! Space is limited so register in advance, please. $25
