Many times our ‘on-the-go’ lives require a little extra energy to keep us going. It is important to give our brain and body the fuel it needs to stay sharp and going throughout the day. With a little help from this lesson, healthy snacks that are easy to prepare can easily be incorporated into any diet.

In this class you will learn what "healthy snacks" really mean, put together a snacks plan for your busy week and make several healthy snacks to sample!
